2. Consider meeting minutes from regular meeting of October 5, 2009 (no meetings were held in November).

a. Discussion of preparation of annual report.
b. 2010 HHW & UW collection – date, location, contractor assistance with pre-event waste packaging and transport.
c. Post-ADD contract-signing projects: Town Hill site; ADD owned and operated facility; involvement with ecomaine, others.
d. Consideration of a tour of PERC in Orrington.
e. Consideration of a tour of ecomaine in Portland area– three facilities: waste-to- energy plant, recycling center and the landfill / ashfill.
f. Discussion of tele-conferencing equipment and service for ADD meetings.
5. Assignments per Director.
6. Any other business as may be legally conducted.
7. Input from the attending public.
